But be it AMAZON or NETFLIX recall the personalized suggestions they have for us based on our past view,  recent search or in future who know even our thoughts.

Of course chat bots are a going stay for long as it helps the clients to clarify the FAQ;s without the guilt of not getting embarrassed with a bouquet of ?ns Which consumers usually have before the purchase stage. According to a recent survey over 80 % of the consumers need an immediate response for their questions

Having said that we should also note that as we prepare for the future, it will be more important than ever for businesses to be available across a broad spectrum of channels, and to make sure you’re communicating the way people prefer to communicate. Which makes it important to have pages or account on all platforms.
